I have been working in supply chain and continuous improvement roles since 2012 and have experience standardizing and automating processes in both small and large companies. My passion is helping people find better ways to do their work, and I am always looking for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the workplace.

As a continuous improvement professional, I believe that by streamlining processes and finding more efficient ways of working, we can not only improve the quality of our work, but also increase job satisfaction and team morale.

When I am not automating things, I enjoy spending time in some of Michigan’s most challenging backcountry trails, taking in stunning views.
